Easy replacement. I ordered a cheap screwdriver set to go with it (REQUIRED "Y" SCREWDRIVERS AND SMALL PHILLIPS). As described. Fixed my noisy Wii and no more read errors.

Lint and/or hair noticed inside during installation. A blow-out balloon would be nice before you sell it. Installed and working. So far, so good.

A fairly simple replacement for a failed hard drive. All the necessary special tools were provided. Takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. The children were happy to get their play system back.

This screen was the second replacement screen purchased by Revain. The first drive, the "original" replacement, did not work. It made the same noises as the disc being replaced and couldn't read the disc. This drive was easier to install and worked right out of the box. Since then it has worked flawlessly.

Worked like a charm to fix a disk read error I was having trouble with. Our Wii is up and running again after a few months of inactivity. The replacement process is quite easy if you are not afraid to take the Wii apart. For some screws you need a triangular screwdriver. Very happy with the purchase, worth the money.

Our Wii was a paperweight for a few years when my son discovered the drive could be replaced. My teenage son posted a YouTube video on how to change the drivetrain and my younger kids are enjoying the old sports games now. Now they approve of it more than our Playstation. The drive works great and all of our old games run fine on it. If you want to repair your old Wii console, I recommend this disc.
