Sony keeps America's cassette recorders sounding their best. HF High Fidelity normal bias cassettes are great for music and general recording.

Great for tracking my workouts

I basically ordered them to track my workouts. Thought I'd stick with Sony Tape as I use a Sony cassette recorder. The quality of the recording is good considering it was recorded on a tape recorder with a built-in microphone. I plan to order more in the near future. I highly recommend them if you still use a cassette or Sony tape recorder.

OLD stock - no new ribbons

Whilst the ribbons appear to be of good quality and (so far) work well, they are DEFINITELY NOT NEW. The cassettes I received were made in 2008 according to the markings on the box. While I understand that cassette tapes aren't very popular these days and production is probably going down, I'm not happy about being charged $30 for five 12 year old cassettes. . If I have problems with sticky drums I will definitely update. The tapes don't last long of course, so I'm worried they're over ten…

Amazing tape that I've been using for years.

This amazing 90 minute Type 1 compact cassette reminds me of my youth. Modern digital music formats have nothing to do with the Sony HF compact cassette, the warmth of which only a quality cassette has. And when recorded with a high quality recorder or deck, the tape hiss is very low (but not zero). I also used it to take notes at school. Due to the fact that this band is cheap, the price-performance ratio is really very high. yes, a deck I just received yesterday) Sony CFD-S70 Various models…
