It is estimated that Sony's corporate greed does not provide USB charging cable with their $70 controllers, they want you to buy external controller charger so that they can make more money.

These controllers only seem to work as long as the warranty lasts. This year I had to replace the PS4 controller 2 times. We should start a civil suit or something. $70 for the controller, it should last a lot longer than them.

On the 2nd day, my husband's character was spinning in circles, couldn't see straight, kept turning the camera, kept dying, like he had no charge, but when turned on properly after that he spoke full charge. I tried to send it back but never received a printable return label via email. I would not pay this price again for this product. I definitely had high hopes for this as it is a Sony product.
