These headphones were great when they were about $10. They do eventually break although I kept a pair for about 6 months with daily use and they are great. Every pair of running headphones I've used, no matter the price, have eventually broken, due to a short in one ear, excessive static electricity, etc. It was the only pair I was comfortable running in, they stayed in the ear, didn't suppress noise so you won't get crushed. I have this exact model of Sony MDR-W08L headphones and have loved them for years. They are very comfortable on the ears and allow you to listen to music but still hear things outside of it. They used to be called "open-ear headphones" or something like that because of this feature. I bought a set of these headphones from Revain in August 2012 for $7.49 and they still work great. I would be willing to pay 20€. Accordingly, I strongly support it – with one major caveat. I've been using Sony MDR-A35 sports headphones for many years. They were great because they fit comfortably in my ears and sounded great.
