Durable Garbage Bags

They are a great replacement for rope baskets since plastic bags are no longer available in upstate New York. However, I wish they were made from biodegradable material, so I gave them an overall rating of 4 instead of 5.

Pros
  • Garbage Bags
Cons
  • Large and Bulky

Non-6 Gallon Bags / Smaller

These are barely medium sized (small/medium) and VERY thin. break easily. I had to stretch to throw it over my 6 gallon dumpster. It's amazing what retailers are selling these days. Wow I wouldn't recommend them unless you need a cheap medical/small bathroom bag.

Pros
  • Garbage, Compost & Lawn Bags
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Well, if for the right reasons.

Maybe too thin for others but I only use it for bathroom and bedroom wastebaskets. Nothing heavy. Perfect for me. I leave the roll at the bottom of the basket and if it's too big for some, I just tie a knot at the side/top. I will also use plastic grocery bags until they are banned here, but I really like them.

Pros
  • Paper and plastic
Cons
  • Slightly torn
