Worth every penny in Reservoirs

Got this for the chest gear that attaches to my HSP Flat Pack+ and it fits but is tight. Bought 3L, works perfectly. I buy more for other packs. Also fits perfectly in a 5.11 Rush 12 bag.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Minor issues

perfect adapter in backpack accessory

The nozzle is flexible and adapts to almost everything. However, I would opt for a non-screw cap bladder to keep the weight down. I also found that the adapter works great with the Sawyer filter system.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not sure

Reliable/Convenient/Easy to use

I usually go hiking with 3 liter and 1 liter or two 1 liter source bags for backup and consumption control. The pouches are the easiest to clean of any pouch I have used (camel pouch or MSR). They have held up well for me and have shown no signs of wear.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Upgradeable

Before installing the mechanism, check for leaks.

This product came with a smaller o-ring where the hose attaches to the bladder which caused it to leak and got my gear wet when first filling. I bought replacement o-rings at my local hardware store and now it's G2G. #6 - Properly sized O-ring.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Nothing

Very strong best for camping and hiking

Product packaging arrived damaged. inspection carried out; Surprisingly, there is no visible damage or leaks. It has that plastic taste that some people have complained about, even though it's "BPA-free." However; There is no valve so I suspect this is the source of the plastic taste. Some overlook that. I had several brands of hydration bladders and couldn't compare them. I must say; Bubble Spring is a good choice. In my opinion the best on the market. When it comes to taste, we mustn't be too

  • practical item

Product cannot be used Leak cannot be repaired.

I just received this bottle to take on a canoe trip to a desert island. I needed something sturdier than my cheap Walmart bottles and unfortunately the original bottle turned out to be an inferior product. Although I like the bladder's "upgrades" and its lower profile. None can be used due to leaking bladder around the lid and bezel. Going back to the reviews, this seems to be a common problem. Even one customer who was sent a replacement cap still claims it is leaking. Another claims that his…

Everything is perfect except for the mouthpiece.

I tried four different tanks before settling on this one. Reasons I love this bubble: 1. The adapter that allows you to pour water out of a pipe works SO well. I use it with my water pump to pump water more or less directly from a stream into my backpack without taking anything out. The material of the bag is different from the usual soft elastic rubber, it is a harder and smoother plastic that makes it easier to get in and out of the backpack. The screw cap is a bit wider and flatter than…

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Empty

Wrong package received. Twice!

I recently bought a WXP tank and got what looked like a low profile 3 liter widepac which wasn't a big deal but also one of the quick disconnects was broken and wouldn't accept the hose . That being said, the (wrong) bag they sent me actually better suited my needs than the longer WXP bag. I sent this one back (Widepac which was supposed to be WXP) and bought a second one (MC) hoping it was just a weird case. Well when I got the second bubble I had to double check my orders when WXP came along.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • boring package

No O-ring for a watertight seal.

Update: I know it's been a long time but I wanted to test this tank and its o-ring free design. Well I can honestly say I was able to minimize leakage by tightening the cap to what I would consider excessive. Unfortunately, I was not able to completely eliminate the leak. The cap had to be screwed on so far that it was difficult to unscrew, but a few drops kept coming out. I like that the bladder is smooth, never accumulated mucus, and never had a plastic taste. Unfortunately, I need a…
