I felt like I would make pasta more often if drying was easy. I was right. The stand is a bit wobbly, but serves its purpose. The wood is beautiful and easy to clean.

Good idea, but not fast. Very simple and looks unfinished. Since the wood isn't sealed, I'm concerned that the moisture in the noodles could cause discoloration over time. Not easy to clean.

As advertised. Easy construction. Folds up easily for storage. A little fiddly to set up - aligning parts could be easier. Works well and holds a full load of dry paste. Good value for money.

I've given this stand a 5 for its durability. I read reviews of another rollover but not this one. Since I'm new to pasta making, I don't need the extra effort. I had a small (and it is a small) build issue as there are no instructions, but common sense prevailed - so 4 in "easy to use".

I bought three of these, one for myself and one for each of our two children. The product is foldable and easy to fold. It has enough pasta to make a 9 x 13 inch four layer lasagna. Also doubles as a second pair of hands when you're rolling out a long, wide dough that needs draping as the roller feeds. I remember my friend's grandmother used this dryer in her Italian kitchen. I use it often and it works great.

I couldn't get some of the pins out, instead I had to use another pin to put the noodles on. If you're not careful, the racks can sometimes slip and the whole thing collapses. However, I benefited from it and I experienced the slight collapse before I started putting pasta on it, thank goodness. It's definitely frustrating not being able to pull out some of the spokes. Haven't had to clean it yet but I think it will be hand wash only, it's a very light wood.
