The back panel doesn't come out at all. The edges are not evenly aligned. Not very happy with the product at all. Assembled cheaply

It was packaged very well and was a great purchase. However, when I removed the back panel to insert the picture, it would no longer turn on. manufacturer error. I made it work because I needed it instead of going back.

Love the look. Not as cold and easy as other BL frame options. The back is very tight some careful work to get it back or we used a box cutter and straight edge and just cropped a little on the side and top and all works fine.

I liked the style. To find a frame for my driver's license, I had to work hard to find a nice frame. The downside is my license is renewed every two years and I'm afraid I'll have to bend back those damn tabs to change the license. I'm not sure how many changes it can take. Those things were hard to move! The license page is also protected there.

The frame looks good but the back is VERY thick and very difficult to get in and out of the frame. My frame ended up falling apart in the corner when trying to put the back back in place. It's a shame because it looks so beautiful. At the moment I'm too busy keeping my business open due to Covid so I didn't even bother to contact the company. I can't tell you how they will handle the situation. Anyway, I didn't want to deal with it again, so I don't even know if I need a replacement.

As a multi-city/agency consultant, I need to have many business licenses. These frames are ideal for standard city business licenses. I have five of these on the wall. When I renew my license every year, it's easy to swap out the old one for a new one - the lugs seem reliable enough to get replacements from any frame for several years. (Note: we only use half of the tabs that come with it, so if one wears out after a few years, get a new one.) They look nice and professional on my office wall.

I was sitting here trying to get this frame backing back into the frame. It's too tight and the little metal protrusions get in the way. I'm trying to start a business but I don't have much time. I don't have time to fight to get my business license on the wall. Everything is great except for this one issue, but right now it's basically unusable, I can't keep fighting this thing.
