    Yes, fits perfectly in the "buffer" castellated nut. You know what it's for. Suitable for tights, but does not pinch. It's actually perfect for what you need.

    A good backup for hand tools

    Will be a good backup tool, not an everyday assembly item. Look to Magpul if you're looking for higher quality. Bought this as a replacement. Used once with no problems, but could see how you can leave scars on the threads if you don't pay close attention to the position of your teeth.

    Buy it, it even works for castellated nut with stake

    I also have a wheeler multi tool with a castellated nut wrench that never fits properly. This new crown wrench I bought works great and is thicker and has a good grip on the crown nut. Even without a vise, I was able to remove the castle nut on the bottom of the PSA, which was secured in two places, and install the folding stock adapter. This tool gets the job done, so get it. 🤠

    NOT FOR BUFFER TUBE!

    This wrench is NOT suitable for castellated buffer tube nuts. Not without some modification to the key itself. I bought this because I couldn't find my armor key and needed to finish the build. It did not fit. Had to sand down the center and back lip to make it work. Not everyone will have this opportunity. Now for the positive. If you're willing to make a few changes, it's clearly worth the money. But as seen in the picture, it does not work with the buffer tube castellated nut.

    Perfect for mil spec parts

    I figured I could save a few bucks and ordered one off eBay and what a waste of money! Didn't fit the crown nut, didn't even fit the vein. Came to Revain and decided to take a chance instead. What a world of difference! It fits like a glove and feels very sturdy and well made. Finally built. Highly recommend if all you need is a castle nut wrench. I am by no means a gunsmith or gunsmith so this was all I needed and it exceeded all of my expectations.

    You get what you pay for

    Bought to replace the wire sleeve on my AR. I went the cheaper route and bought this castle nut wrench instead of the 5x. Cheaper isn't always better, but it worked in this case. This wrench is a special castle nut wrench that is better than multi tools. It fits snugly into the lock's slots, but you must be careful not to let one side of the key slip out of the lock's slot. It has a habit of doing it. The soft grip prevents crushing when hitting the handle to loosen the nut. All in all a good…

I used it to remove the castle nut on my AR15 rifle. It hasn't slipped or come loose as many have complained. If you put it on properly, engaging all 3 prongs and holding it with one hand, you can grab the handle with the other. Of course, this is best done with a vise. I find this little wrench better than all other inexpensive wrenches because many…
