Works with 3.7V single cell Lithium polymer battery. The charging circuit is configured to charge the LiPo at 100mA but by adding a resistor to the supplied through-holes you can boost this to 500mA. mini-USB port

Do not buy, defective design

This board will fry onboard components when the battery is on AND you have an Arduino USB connector plugged into the host computer. You will effectively tie the 5V rails together, there is no switching on the board. That seems pretty easy to me. There is a blog that covers this and other board topics in detail. save your money
