I wore this on a 40 mile trip and it was great! No chafing. You're good at walking too. I do 70.3 triathlons. Not sure if I'll wear it to a race but it's great for training. Although I have yet to swim in it.

This suit is very comfortable to run in. After 20 miles on a 22 mile duathlon bike, my butt felt pretty uncomfortable. This is my second Sparx suit and I love both! Great suit for beginners. How suitable it is for swimming, I can't say.

I like the suit overall. The fit was great and the material felt good. My only reason not giving it 5 stars is that the 2 pockets are quite small which makes it really difficult to get anything in or out while moving (cycling or running).

The costume itself is pretty well designed. in the middle of the back. The zipper looks flimsy and it's hard to predict how long it will last. The pad is small and convenient.

Quality: Just know that this is less of a complaint and more of a reasonable expectation. i love the price This is a great item for your first triathlon. However, it wears out quickly. I've been using it during my 8 week training plan (swimming 3-4 times a week) and the material is starting to wear out and the legs are getting stretched too. I think it's what you'd expect when the high-end version could cost around $300. Fit: I'm 5'11" and 220 pounds and size XXL fits perfectly.

After using it 2 or 3 times I would say it almost deserves 5 stars because of the great price. I will find two flaws but none of them will stop me from buying another one. Wow on the back for food it seemed a little small to me. (Either that, or I'm trying to stuff too many things in and they'll try to crawl through.) The flash seems a bit weak and will likely be a point of failure. Be careful with that. Very happy with the cost.

Fit was a little tight but not uncomfortable at 5'8" and 170lbs. Around the 7 mile mark it started to chafe a lot when running .The bike padding is very thin and does a good job of not chafing or chafing the fabric.I can't comment on how well it works when riding as this suit was only worn once before the zipper failed.The zipper works on this one Suit very deep and has a lightweight design - meaning if a chub presses on it can come loose the short sleeve version performs better and is good…

These suits (and their bibs) are amazing, especially for the price. I just used this suit and it worked and felt great! The material is light and breathable. Sure, I might look a bit silly in a cycling outfit like that. But I feel cool and comfortable in it. So I don't care I really like her! The only downsides they have are: - My stuff got stuck on the bench I was sitting on.
