It was worth the money seeing my friends smile the only problem I had was they didn't have batteries I bought a black and assumed this came with batteries but i was wrong. Besides, it was worth it.

This thing is so cute! My son is obsessed with the Gudetama and suddenly became interested in this instrument. How good that we found someone who combines both interests. It's easy to figure out how to use, and (thank goodness) the volume is adjustable. It's a lot of fun and looks cute on the shelf.

When my daughter said she wanted this I thought it was another fashion toy that was once played and forgotten. She absolutely loves it! She has learned to play Happy Birthday and has performed for several family members on their birthdays.

It's more annoying than anything I've heard, but it was fun to figure out and experiment with. The idea is cool but could be more touch sensitive. My son has enjoyed learning songs on it and can play a few tunes. I wish I had more control over the sound and other things.

I had no idea Otamatone could bring so much joy to a child. I bought two, one "Kirby" and the other Sanrio Gudetama. Both my 9 year old granddaughter and 10 year old grandson were so excited. The sound isn't loud enough to drive parents crazy, but it's fun enough to keep them busy playing along to their favorite songs or making up their own silly ditties. Both love it. good buy. arrived early. well packed.
