Perfect for a 31 gallon tank

Perfect fit for a 31 gallon tank on the K5 Blazer. Original OEM straps have a J-hook on one end and a stud on the other end. These straps have studs on both ends.

Ideal for installing a tank under the bed of your truck.

They worked well to fit a 1977 Blazer tank under the rear rails of my 1966 C-10 pickup! It was much cheaper to develop your own solution than to buy a kit. I'm glad I used them.

Pros

Cons
  • Some bugs

Inexpensive but works

They come with no coating whatsoever except mill scale. Buy at least one self-etch primer. Installing a 31 gallon tank on my K5. It doesn't have a factory J-hook, but the thread/nut works great with standard mounting points (although they are more difficult to install and almost impossible to remove once rusted).
