Beware if the customer service is Speedwolf. fraud!

I had a broken ODR, I contacted Speedwolf for a replacement. I have sent the goods to the specified address. but they asked me for my personal information, which Amazon policy warns against. I think there are hackers. I will repost if I get hacked. beware.

RELIABILITY-ACCURACY the best in test, measurement and verification

We use large and bulky equipment for testing (ExFo) and characterization. I bought this OTDR for preliminary weld testing and basic troubleshooting. Since we have high throughput and a large number of fibers (576), this setup works great. We recently had to find an appointment for a client and the entries from ExFo and SpeedWolf matched perfectly. Best of all, it's small, light, and has great battery life. Also, Notes' prompt customer service is outstanding even after months of ownership!

What to expect for 800.00

This OTDR is great for reading footage. At this price I wouldn't hesitate to buy a couple as I don't need four 15k otdrs. We use them in urban areas to read recordings quickly, and they're pretty damn accurate and easy to carry around. The device is a good size but is quite choppy. The port covers are falling off and the test software is kind of stupid. I ordered mine with SC connectors and it came SC to OTDR but FC to VFL. The charging cable is junk and does not fit well in the charging port…
