Sperry Kids Authentic Original Boat Shoe, Size 6 Youth Review

This is my second year ordering Sperry's for my son's first day of school and I am very happy with the shoes or ebay. I had problems with UPS and the scheduled shipping date, but Denise L. from ebay made sure I got the shoes on time. Thank you Denis L! My son looked so pretty on his first day of kindergarten! I highly recommend the laceless version of this shoe as the laced version is frustrating for young kids/parents and doesn't last.

Son wore them to a wedding at the age of 3.5 shortly after arrival and had no complaints. Look great and he said they felt great! Not sure about arch support, he's 8. But no complaints! May 2017 - now got 4.5. The shirt is too tight on top of his leg, causing pain.

These are for GIRLS, not boys. They have a heavily sewn, already tied bow. They are created WITHOUT binding options. You cannot remove a seam without damaging the shoe. Very bad product description.

I bought a youth size Topsider. Some smart guy at Sperry's thought it would be a good idea to sew laces onto your shoes? So don't expect to be able to customize these shoes. I would recommend Sperry to get rid of the "good idea fairy" and go back to making boat shoes as a kid.

Such cute Sperry shoes but not what I expected. I ordered a size 5 for toddlers and somehow got a women's size 5. I got such a good discount on it that I decided to give it away.

I love Sperrys and always wear the same shoe size, there was a sewn bow on the front that wouldn't come undone so I couldn't even put my foot in the shoes.

knock off Very cheap stuff. The laces are so flimsy and brittle I'm afraid they'll break. Tailoring is cheap, the threads are broken. It's not Sperry.

My girls love shoes. I would give them five stars if they weren't so hard to define. Not sure about arch support but this shoe can take a beating, no worries about laces and easy for kids to slip on.

They look better with a little wear and he claims they are very comfortable. They are also much cheaper to buy on ebay than in stores, say $75 less. Great purchase and very satisfied!

This shoe didn't fit anywhere near normal. My daughter couldn't even get her foot halfway into the boot even though the length was just right.

This is a completely different shoe that I would not choose. looks cheap Not sure if this is legit and certainly not what I was looking for. unusable.

I always have a hard time buying shoes. Especially the shoe size. These shoes look great but unfortunately they are too big. I was like "wow" because they were kid size 6. Like I said, the shoe size is so weird to me. The only reason not 5 stars is because they didn't fit, but the shoes have been sent back and I'm trying again with half a size smaller.

I wear a women's US size 8. I often buy a size 6 for bigger kids if there's a style I prefer. The size is the same and the shoes are often cheaper. I couldn't wear them as the synthetic lacing was sewn directly onto the tongue; This makes it impossible to adjust the width of the upper of the shoe.
