I like these bits. I just did a series of Celtic knot engravings in cherry wood with these bits using my Origin Shaper. I was pushing the bit speed to about 30,000 rpm. This bit cut through the cherry like it wasn't there. There was no damage to the bit and heating seemed minimal. As always, the cut depth per pass must be limited to the bit diameter. The cutter performed really poorly under my normal aluminum cutting feeds and speeds. The flutes seem oddly small and quickly clogged with aluminum.I would have given it one star, but I didn't go searching for a set of parameters that might make it happy. I'm not really interested in having a 1/16 end mill that requires entirely different parameters than my other 1/16 end mills.

I love these bits. They're sharp and cut nice and clean. What especially like about them is that they're strong bits. I only managed to break one because my machine glitched and collided full speed into the workpiece. I even once mistakenly programmed in a stepdown slightly longer than the cutting length of the bit and it survived, to my surprise. I will buy these again.

For the particular project we were working on cutting 1/4" hardwoods these bits were excellent. It is critical that all of the Clock parts fit perfectly and are extremely smooth. It took very little polishing to finish the parts.

Seems to be a decent set of Bits at a wonderful price point. I break bits a lot, trying to push my machine so o don’t want to pay a lot, but I don’t want junk, this set is perfect!

I milled the 2 aluminum pieces with one of these end Mills and it's still sharp. The black piece was from another time. These end Mills are sharp. They get into aluminum with minimal radial force. Nice chips. Smooth to the touch surface finish on the parts. I can't comment on life span at this point but based on the two pieces I made the value is definitely good.

I use these with a Sainsmart 3018 CNC to engrave and cut detailed shapes from brass. I'm using both 0.7mm-thick sheet brass and 0.5mm-thick brass blank disks with a feed rate of 25mm/min, so it's quite slow, but the results are super sharp and reliable.

These bits aren't strong enough to cut copper, much less any steel.I've tried 0.2mm DoC, 30mm/min and 0.1mm DoC at 60mm/min. Spindle is 10,000RPM. 0.8mm max depth.

These are amazing for what I need them for. So far I've ran this endmill through this job 2 times. The program is just over an hour making it around 2½hrs of use in total. This bit is still cutting like butter and ready for the next job. These are the only endmills I will buy from now on. Don't go spend $60 on an Amana when you can get 5 of these sub $40. Just stop searching and buy these. Thank me later.your welcome!

pretty good bits for the money. I have not had any trouble using these on my xcarve at all. Definitely better then the ones sold on inventables

Tips are very weak all 5 broke very fast in aluminum I tried to figure out why they broke so easy I adjusted speed and I used cutting fluid
