Made a cake for a 100th birthday celebration today, and used the turntable for the first time. Can't believe I waited so long to get one, because it sure made icing and decorating easier.

I have used this spinner several times for paint pouring/spinning, and it is so smooth and silent! I graduated from a plastic spinner and this is definitely a higher quality and a pleasant experience!

I really wasn't expecting much from this set at the price point. I could not have been more wrong. I bought this out of desperation for a last minute project and was expecting to throw it away after one or two uses. The set is definitely quality and will be used for years to come.

i put this to good use frosting a few cakes, the spin is good and the surface size is good for the average 9" cake. I think the surface is a bit too rough for a finished coat but is fine for crumb coats. The surface does grip a anti slide piece well for boarded cakes. All in all a good value. The extra tools are a nice accessory but the comb is very deep, the plastic edge was a bit too rough and the palett knife a bit too flimsy, still a nice addition if you need them
