Spitch is super intuitive and has great documentation

The integration with Microsoft Teams was very quick to set up using our API keys which were provided by spITCH via their support team for this particular use case! We also had some other integrations in place that allowed us access into Salesforce CRM as well as an internal ticketing system but it wasn't nearly so easy integrating those systems from within MS teams like we saw when initially testing out speech recognition capabilities. It's not difficult once you know how simple they make…

Pros
  • Very intuitive & user friendly interface
  • Extremely fast turn around times (from both customer service perspective, plus technical assistance)
  • Ease setting everything u
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Great Product, Amazing Customer Service and Very Pleased Client

The platform we are using for our call center has many features that make it easy to use in combination with other products from this vendor or others within their ecosystem like Twilio SMS messaging API etc.. They also have great customer service support who can help you resolve issues as soon problems arise so far very satisfied! We were able too implement some pretty complex speech recognition integrations into existing systems at low cost compared against competitors which made things much…

Pros
  • Having full end2end solutions means no needless redundancy , less room (even)for error while minimizing development resources required keeping overheads lower!!! It allows one team member(not necessarily skilled technical resource ) easily adapt any changes needed later downline if there ever arises such concerns along project timeline..etc..I love how scalable
Cons
  • Minor Issues
