The jacket is cute and fits my daughter well. There is a baseball cap built into the hood, which is very nice. I also bought one for my son and he said he was hot in it. Perhaps the manufacturer just glues the seams of the coat.

Very light. Perfect for a summer raincoat. I think it's very well made for what it is. For the price I would have expected a slightly higher quality material, but then it would have been a warmer jacket. Price > quality but if you are looking for the perfect summer coat and don't mind spending some cash. That's great.

My daughter wanted to be Coraline for Halloween this year and the yellow raincoat was a must. It went perfectly with her yellow boots and blue wig, completing her outfit. We bought 10/12 and it was a little bigger than expected but not enough to bother her. After Halloween, she can play with it in the rain for a bit.
