Too heavy for thin and brittle hair. Excellent seller

Just didn't suit my thin and fragile hair. I don't think the boar stubble is to blame, it's my hair. It was durable and stretched when I dried it with a hair dryer. Because I chose not to insist on drying my hair, it didn't add volume in any way. It was a pleasure working with the seller. 5 stars there.

Disappointed - Hairbrushes

I have used Spornette brushes for many years. I usually shop where I get my hair cut (it's an upscale barber shop in LA). Either the quality has deteriorated a lot or the brush I received is not a true Spornette. Bristles fall out everywhere, cheaply made. I have another one that I have had for years and never had. I am extremely disappointed.

Not good for hair care for me

Bought this comb based on positive reviews. Unfortunately the brush didn't work for me. Boar bristle brushes are designed for people with thin or thin hair. I have very fine hair, not thick at all, but the soft bristles have never penetrated my hair to actually dry and straighten it. My hair just looked flat because it only caught a few hairs at a time. Bigger than expected

I've been waiting for this round boar bristle brush from Spornette. My old round brush was starting to look puny, and while I loved her dearly and we were very close old buddies, I knew the whipping brush's days were numbered. good quality. Handle and shaft are made from one piece of wood, the bristles are made from 100% wild boar hair. 4" - 3". I already have a 3" round brush and was expecting something about 1/2" smaller. Works great on frizzy hair

Twenty five years ago I bought a boar bristle comb with a 4 inch body and it has always made my hair smooth and manageable. A few years ago I cut my hair short. I have bought at least 10 round brushes and have not been satisfied with any of them. I finally bought this smaller boar bristle brush and am just as excited about it. I especially recommend this if you have damaged or curly hair
