Description of 36MM Wrench for Rear Axle Torque of Rear Wheel - Hand Tool Similar to HD-47925

1. Used for simple adjustment of drive belt tension or rear wheel alignment. No need to remove any exhaust components. 2. Heavy duty enabling the use of great force and striking.Similar to HD-47925. 3. Made removing and re-torquing the axle nut easy without removing the right side muffler. Still had to remove left side muffler to remove the axle. Saved some time and made the job a lot easier. 4. Feature: This 36mm wrench includes a 1/2 inch square drive allowing for use with a torque wrench for proper axle torque.Remember, if attaching to your torque wrench, this wrench MUST be turned 90 degrees from the direction of your torque wrench. Positioning it this way means it does not alter the length of your torque wrench and screw up your torque. 5. Package included: -- 1x 36mm Rear Axle Wrench.

Great price, good workmanship

I'm a little fatter than most. This tool will last a long time, but it can sometimes be too thick. I bought them at a motorcycle shop for everyday use. They will hold up great.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Fair

Harder than I thought.

This thing is a little heavier than I thought. I'll probably use a hammer from time to time and won't have to worry about it breaking, at least not my Harley's axle nut.

Pros
  • Quality workmanship
Cons
  • Some little things

Should be in your toolbox.

Something that hopefully won't do much, but is necessary to adjust belt tension or remove a tire without removing the entire bike. Can't beat the price. Made of thick steel. Doc Harley approved.

Pros
  • Pretty impressive
Cons
  • Band

But it looks and feels good.

This is a good item but it broke as soon as I used it. I used it on heavy equipment. The screws were already screwed in and I used this part to loosen them and they snapped right away, the screw wouldn't budge. Might well be what it's not safe for

Pros
  • 5. Package includes: -- 1x 36mm rear axle wrench
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Absolute junk for torque wrench

For the price I wasn't expecting snap on quality but this product is very poorly made. The burrs on the wrench are so bad they won't fit on the nut. I would have to file it to change the shape of the teeth. This is being returned and I recommend looking for an alternative product.

Pros
  • 4. Feature: This 36mm wrench features a 1/2" square shank to allow a torque wrench to be used for proper axle torque. Remember that when connecting to a torque wrench, the wrench MUST be turned 90 degrees from the direction of your torque wrench. This arrangement does not change the length of the torque wrench or reduce the torque.
Cons
  • Was damaged

Terrible fit! in Power & Hand Tools

I do not recommend this product. The processing tolerances are far from it. If you put this on the axle nut, there will be too much play. The recommended torque on the Harley axle nut is 100 ft-lbs. I just opened the box and checked that the nut fits. I would never apply torque to this thing. It would absolutely round the nut. That's a very sloppy landing. It was cheap so I bought it and got what I paid for.

Pros
  • 1. For easy adjustment of drive belt tension or rear wheel adjustment. No components of the exhaust system have to be removed.
Cons
  • Slightly torn
