The large part is excellent, solid and a good size. However, the 3 individual steps bend with every load, even when using a washer. I put them in a cage but I don't see my rats using these parts.

Fairly good quality but a little smaller than expected. My chin really likes the new protrusions so not bad. I can see he's already chewing them like crazy; They will likely need to be replaced sooner rather than later. Overall ok for the price!

Really enjoyed putting this together for our hamster 🐹 Cupcake. This maximizes living space and she was very excited to test out her new second level. I decided to leave her food bowl up so she wouldn't get lost while borrowing.

Half of the products in this set disappoint. The big lip with a hole is great and the little balls made a good splash, but the three smaller tabs aren't tight because there's only one point to attach them to. They hang terribly. I even tried using large washers to secure them but no luck.

The corner piece is the only decent item in the set. With a very small wooden surface attached to the cage wire and a single attachment point on the smaller platforms, they sag even without the pet's weight. The 2 stars for easy assembly is because they don't come with enough washers - they only have one per platform so are completely useless without an extra washer.

Good product but round steps/platforms would be more stable if they had two cage supports instead of one. It would also help if all the pieces were thicker (I had to stick them through the cage wire with my fingertips to prevent leaning from the side slipping over or under the wire). In general I like them and I hope my gerbil will soon like them too.

This product is designed for chinchillas, but they are a little small for chinchillas, although the edge can be enough for them, but not very comfortable. Also, there is only one puck on rounds, usually two, one inside the cage and one outside the cage. Worst of all, the pucks are so small I can't even put them in the cage without them falling through the bars. So I will either return it or try to buy new larger shims.

My kid gerbils have a typical large pet store box made mostly of plastic and they started chewing on plastic platforms, a running wheel and a bowl of food. I didn't want them to accidentally eat the plastic waste, so I replaced all the attachments with these awesome wooden platforms (and a metal feeding bowl, also from Revain). you love her!
