I like the fact that I can buy the SSL certificate directly from the site. I like that I can see detailed information regarding the SSL certificate and can view the certificate, it's details, expiration dates, etc. I dislike that it is a bit difficult to navigate the site. Sometimes the information I need is not located at the top of the page, so I have to scroll to the bottom of the page, which can be a bit annoying. The ease at which I can purchase multiple certificates for different domains/subdomains or subfolders without having each one expire separately was very useful! We used it mostly as part of our PCI compliance process that required us purchasing several certs from Comodo, but we also use them internally when testing new features before going live so they were handy too!!
