The palette itself is strong. The black thumb grip detaches and rolls down your finger when you press the palette, so I superglued it on. When I first bought it, I could see my own reflection. After a week it was so scratched that it looks like one of those distorting mirrors that kids play and scratch in the park. It's a really cheap type of metal that scratches easily, so it always looks foggy and dirty now :/

The palette and spatula came in a plastic pouch with a smaller separate spatula slot. It is easy to wash products and clean the palette. Haven't used the spatula yet, but it's a good weight and seems to have a handy shape for removing product from cans (one side is rounded and the other is sharp). I was hoping this tool would be best for blending foundation etc. If you have ever had experience using a palette knife like an artist with oils or pastels then you will understand what I am talking about. . The palette is strong and heavier than my previous one. I prefer the lighter one. The spatula tool is mainly used for nails in my opinion. The knife should be slightly longer, at least 1.25 to 1 inch, and also thinner for easier gripping and better blending of the product. Annoy:(

I didn't quite like the price of this item but I ended up getting it due to COVID-19. I can't do a manicure anymore so I know it stands for makeup but I use mix poly gel and glitter to make a glitter gel for my nails and it worked great and did the job!

Why haven't I heard about how GREAT it is for applying foundation?! It's like using a color palette. Long lasting and easy to clean palette, good for blending makeup. Mine came with a small water ring but that wasn't a big deal because I could still use it and get it to work just fine. It would be nice if it was smaller to make it easier to hold. The spatula worked great and its flat edge was great for blending makeup. I also like to use a spatula to apply skincare.

Excellent quality, lightweight and easy to care for. I use it to apply foundation and concealer, to use my beauty blender and to mix foundation with glow formulas etc. It fits true to size. I spray on alcohol at the end, wipe with a tissue and that's it, so easy to use.
