The description of this toaster states that it is a long slice. No, that is not so. I was looking for a 4 slice, long slice, dual control toaster. It was the only thing that matched that description, even if the photo didn't match. I was hoping the photo was wrong but now that I've received the toaster I can see it's not a long slice. You must correct the description. Haven't used this toaster yet as I'm trying to decide if I want to keep it. This is false advertising!

I am very happy with this toaster. We are a family of 5 and have found how much easier it is to make breakfast with this. Reduces the time and also very easy to set the temperature. The space for eggs and bread, even thick bread, is very well planned as everything fits very well. Even when the bread is toasted, it lifts it high enough to easily reach without risking burns. Looks great in our kitchen too. I am very happy with this toaster.

Replacing a 2-slot toaster with a 4-slot toaster. I can finally make four toasts at once instead of waiting and making two at a time until all the toasts are cold so we can eat together faster as a family. This toaster is slim, made of stainless steel and black. I like bagel mode and defrost mode. Crumbs are easy to remove with the crumb trays underneath. It even has an LED light function. I love how fast it cooks and that I can adjust the level of darkening to my liking. great toaster

This toaster is the worst ever. The bread gets stuck at the exit and crumples the top of the bread; No lift for English muffins or bagels (which are smaller and can't climb to the top) Worst of all, the wire holders got stuck in the toast, forcing me to "unclip" it to get the toast out. The instructions are literally two pages of copied paper. I should have known that I wouldn't like this toaster. $50 for a toaster I could get at Walmart for less than $20.
