This item was purchased to replace a similar item with a more flexible blade that has become more and more deformed/bent over time. This scraper/shredder has a very stiff blade, perfect for my use. The blade would definitely be too stiff for those who want flexibility, the stiff blade is perfect for my needs. Good product!

Nice design and feel but the metal itself is terrible. After 30 seconds of use, when cutting meat on a flat surface, the blades would buckle, rendering them unusable. Generally not to be used as a grinding tool. I have a similar chopper from another brand that I've been using for the same purpose for over a year and it's not kinked in the slightest.

It's solid and feels premium. It has the same measurement marks as the more expensive one. She used it *today* to cut up her homemade egg noodles for today's chicken noodle soup (all homemade).
