Good thing I put it on at home because the chain fell apart. My mother's ashes were imprisoned. I contacted the seller and he said the return period had expired! It has been less than a month since I received it and when it broke! Very sorry for the seller, poor customer service under the circumstances (it was possible to lose the cross with ashes, can't replace it)!

We ordered these just over two weeks ago and they have just arrived. We were surprised they got here so quickly from China, especially as the checkout said it could take up to December 10th. They are of excellent quality and the engraving looks perfect. Also, the necklace is very pretty with a big clasp (my kind of necklace!). The shiny part can be easily removed if desired by removing it from the cross.

At first I was impressed with the smaller cross on it, but it ended up giving me a headache. I'm one of those people where I don't even feel the ornamentation or it starts to annoy me and I have to take it off and the smaller cross keeps twisting around the big cross and wouldn't stay in place and it always did very claustrophobic and had to take off the necklace. However, I stopped taking it and feel a lot better. It would be nice to have a smaller cross but I still love it without the cross…

Bought these as a surprise for my sister and got one for myself too. I wanted her to get hers before our dad's ash removal and let me tell you these necklaces are beautiful, once we unwrapped them it was a complete water show and I already knew what to expect but I did personally was much prettier. would recommend. The chain is nice and thick as is the cross and it had everything needed to carry the ashes it was so easy.

I bought two of these necklaces after my father passed away. I am very impressed how beautiful they are!
