Excellent investment! My new dinner skillet!

I love this pan. I'm glad I bought it. Mom said she was jealous. I would buy it again if needed. I used the lid more than the roaster. It's slightly larger than my 9x11 cupcake pan for things like meatloaf, baked chicken and rice, baked beans, but I'll do my best. I sprayed on the cooking spray before each use and it cleans like a dream! Happy! Happy! Happy!

There was potential for pots & pans

I wanted to love my brazier. Unfortunately when I opened the package I noticed that it was tarnished and there were rust spots on the counter. I tried to show respect to the owner and emailed the company before posting this review, but my emails were not delivered. The brazier is fine except for the grate and tarnished stainless steel. I hoped to create new memories and recipes in this brazier. Not this case. Sigh.

  • Elegant design

  • Almost everything is fine

Thick material, good quality, repeated use.

I bought this roaster not only because I can cook a turkey or duck in the oven but also because you can steam anything in it. I don't have a steamer big enough for my needs. It's more than I thought it would be and I think I put two small plates in it or just one big plate. And the stainless steel is thicker than the pan we bought at Walmart. Normally my husband doesn't want me to buy an oven online because we can never know if it's good until it's delivered. But he likes this one.

I'm in love. The best supplies

It took me a good 15 minutes to figure out what to write. I've been cooking for about 40 years. My parents got divorced and my mother went to work full time. So I stayed to cook dinner. You can imagine how many pots and pans I've used in 40 years. Also from specialized companies like P@mperd Ch3F. I have NEVER owned a pan that I love as much as this one. It really is 2 pots in one. The deeper the baking pan, the flatter the lid can be used. It fits perfectly in my dishes, hasn't lost its shine…

Poorly coated bottoms of pots and pans

These photos were taken after washing with soap and water. As it stands, the pan doesn't stick well to stainless steel and doesn't really look like real stainless steel, although it may be. I've had amazing stainless steel pans and even mediocre ones contain what appears to be solid steel. It appears to be covered in stainless steel paint as you can see imperfections that can only be described as imperfections in the painting or dipping process. I can't say whether this is a defect with all…

Worst $100 investment I've ever made.

After seeing what happened after the first use, I wouldn't pay $20 for something like that. It's "easy to clean," but food stains won't stick to real stainless steel. Applied. Misleading advertising for this pot. This pan is definitely NOT 18/10 stainless steel, but rather an aluminum pan covered with stainless steel. After the first use, the surface reacted to food and left traces of rust. I've used it to cook rice and actually used a parchment paper liner to make it easy for me to clean the…

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons

Good, sturdy frypot with thick aluminum core on a stainless steel sandwich base. It's heavier than thin-walled aluminum braziers, but significantly stronger. Many complain that a 25-pound turkey with the lid on cannot be cooked in a pan this size. You can't do that either, but you still don't use the lid when frying - that's steaming. Offset handles allow for use in some ovens that won't fit others. Size but shorter, with thinner aluminum core than a frying pan - cool! There's no non-stick…

NOT sure about 450 degrees in the oven

Three days before Christmas I had to rush to find a grill that would work on my induction stovetop. I assumed my all-clad broiler would work just fine, but no - no bones. Got this one because it was literally the only one I could find in the middle of the pandemic and had it in time for Christmas. Upon opening, I found that it can only be used up to 450 degrees in the oven, and my American test kitchen recipe, Roast Loin with Potato, calls for the potatoes to roast longer than the meat and at…
