Don't waste your money! I don't know how anyone can say anything good about this product! It's not stainless steel, not even cheap stainless steel. This is normal steel and doesn't look any smaller. It has two huge views.

Love it! I'm new to making cakes out of a sheet cake and then cutting it out with a ring, but I wanted to try something different. So I decided to make a momofuku cake and I needed this ring. The cake turned out great, the mold ring works great. The ring looks very high quality and beautiful. It was easy to set up, easy to use for cake stamping, and easy to clean in the dishwasher. I highly recommend.

I was looking for a ring that stretches to at least 12 inches and I would prefer a ring that stretches to 14 inches. However, based on the basic description of 6-12 inches, I bought it. The dimensions listed on the box are 16-30cm, 30cm LESS than 12 inches, which is a little less than my minimum requirement. Why can't they just be accurate in their descriptions so people don't buy the wrong thing? Simply enter 16 cm - 30 cm so that we know exactly what the measurements are. upset.

This ring is very well made. It's durable and easily adjustable. My only complaint is that the smallest size is 6 1/4" instead of 6". otherwise you won't get 2 layers of cake! I ended up removing one of the metal tabs that you move to adjust the size of the ring. I used a flat head screwdriver to pry it off and because this ring is so good - done, no dents or scratches! I am very happy with my purchase

I purchased this item specifically to try the cake masking technique and I'm really glad you can customize it so easily. I was concerned that if I adjust the diameter for larger cakes the circle might not be perfectly round. But I've never had a problem and have masked a 7" and a 10" cake with ease and the crisp and sharp edges speak for themselves. Don't forget to use the acetate sheets inside the cake ring. I bought this cake ring to make a Momofuku MilkBar birthday cake that needs a metal ring to support three tiers while you shape the cake.
