Not stainless steel.

Not 304 stainless steel. Galvanized steel plate. Unfolds in no time. Save money and buy real stainless steel at a western boat store or any other boat store.

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Fits better than the originals

I use it to hitch an Anderson to my caravan. The original clamps were very tight and it was a bit difficult to get into the pin. They go in easier but hold their place well.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Hard to tell

The product is of poor quality and rusty.

These clamps are not stainless steel. I have been working and welding SS for 35 years. They rusted overnight and pretty much ruined my project with rust spots. Galvanized metal lasts longer. Don't buy them if you want something that won't rust.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Other Other

NOT Stainless Steel

These are good clips but they are not stainless steel. Stainless steel has a very weak attraction for magnets. You are very dressed. (a direct comparison was made with a stainless steel clamp) They are steel, not stainless steel. They rust just as quickly as any other steel clamp.

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons
  • Unbelievable Price

Not rustproof.

This is not stainless steel. Just a regular steel pin. Stick to a magnet and rust. Uncoated steel only. This is cheating at this price. Extremely misleading and annoying as I need them to dock with underwater components. Have to go back to work now to get a replacement and it will end up costing me several hundred dollars just because they lied about the product name.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price
