After trying this semi-circular rack, I don't think I'll ever go back to using a regular strainer. Pretty well made for a 10 inch rack. makes the pan ideal for small portions of fried food. fits and looks good, snug and secure fit. Everyone here is happy with this simple item.

Looks well made. I bought this for my Lodge 9" cast iron wok. Unfortunately it's a bit big and the hooks on the end don't match the rim. I have other pots that will work so I'll leave them.
