I'm so glad I bought these. They came in very handy when I was cooking a turkey and every time I was cooking a whole roast chicken. I should have gotten that years ago.

God what turkey cook can't use them? I actually used a kitchen towel once or twice to get the turkey out of the fryer. Metal turkey servers are much better for all the obvious reasons. :-)

I have to say these are solid turkey forks. They can hold up to 25 pounds of large poultry, grilled or otherwise. They are also very easy to clean. They don't tarnish or rust which is the best plus as I rarely use them.

I love these Turkey Servers! I like that everything is one piece and not two separate buttons and pins. Very strong so I don't have to worry about them breaking like my old ones. Worth every penny and a great gift idea for anyone who loves to cook.

Bought these especially for Thanksgiving turkey. They arrived with the middle two (of four) prongs broken on one of the two forks. It was too late to trade them for usable ones, so I'll have to try to get through. They are usable but not as good as they were designed and why I chose them.

Lightweight turkey or chicken server. I have found that preparing chicken broth in a LARGE pot saves time as there is no need to cut the chicken before cooking and it is a lot easier to roll the cooked chicken. However, once cooked, these "large forks" are useful for catching hot birds.

I'm concerned they are welded in where the prongs meet the handle, but time will tell what it is (the reason I gave it a star for durability). They are very sharp. The tips are protected by a plastic cover during transport. I put them back on after washing so I don't accidentally pierce them when I take something else out of the drawer.

I don't know how I lived without them. No more nasty oven mitts or folded paper towels when trying to pick up chicken, turkey or large chunks of meat. They are relatively flat so they can be stacked together and fit nicely in a drawer. Used to "hold" the brisket while slicing and works great, four tongs hold the meat much better than a regular meat fork.
