What changes the rules of the game! This corn peeler is just what I needed as my husband hates corn on the cob and says it's a chore. It was so easy to use!

I had to think again because there were two different corn peelers in one order. The round rings are pretty much useless, but the button puller works great. Would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the stripper.

This works, but also removes a lot of ears from the corn, making it difficult to extract real edible corn. It would be better to just use a knife and cut the corn.

It will work but it will be hard for your hands to force it to twist. It's also difficult to keep it pointed so it doesn't dig into the butt. However, it works when my other old-fashioned one doesn't work. It's probably as good as anything else on the market. I only used round cookie cutters, not the ones with the handle. I scrape the cob with the back of a knife to extract the remaining goodies from the sheared cob.
