My mom and I have sensitive ears so we got this set of earring backs. Fantastic choice! The backs are big enough for her to handle her arthritis easily, and none of us have a problem with them irritating our ears. I would recommend these!

I'm surprised this item has such good reviews because none of the earrings fit me. The hole from these backs is so small it's hard to believe earrings with such thin boning exist, and if so, these are exceptions. I have earrings from years ago and now I have bought earrings and none of the earrings fit these backs.

My daughter had pierced ears and a bump on the back of her head next to the earring hole. I thought it might be an infection but turned out to be sensitivity to the nickel from the back of the earring. I bought them and changed them and within a week the bump was gone and my ears were healed. I definitely recommend them to everyone, but especially sensitive ears. They fit regular sized pegs (tested on a pair of hers and a pair of mine), not too big and not too small, and we had no issues with…
