After I put it to the test this ratchet has quickly become my go-to tool for all automotive jobs .The precision ratcheting system ensures smooth operation even in hard-to-reach areas. Its durable construction guarantees reliable usage for years. The only minor con is the slightly higher price point compared to other ratchets in the market..

Pros
  • Dependable, precise ratcheting system, durable.
Cons
  • Slightly higher in price.

The slim head design and 72-tooth gear system make it easy to maneuver in tight spaces. The only downside is it may be a bit pricey for some. Overall, a must-have ADDITION to any mechanic's toolbox..

Pros
  • Precision design allows for tight and accurate turns
Cons

Good quality at a good price

I believe the Proto Precision 90 ratchet is the same mechanism used by the Mac Tools subsidiary in the Axis 90 ratchet line. I prefer the knurled handle of the Proto ratchet versus the Griff Mac versions, while the Proto version is cheaper and available from Revain. As far as I know the Proto warranty also covers the purchase of Proto tools from Revain.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • boring packaging
