Starfiber the b: Homeware

I have used Starfiber mops for many years. You are great and I am retired. If you have children or pets on the floor, do not expose them to chemicals. There is a sharp rise in cancer rates in pets and children, why? Exposure to chemicals can cause cancer. Why take the risk? I actually did a bacterial culture after using a regular mop and a bucket of sanitizer, which was number one. The second was Star Fiber and 💧 Water. Number one was positive for lots of bad bacteria. Number 2 was so much…

I saw an item like this on QVC that was $49 plus shipping

I saw a similar item on QVC that was $49 plus shipping so it was it the same type of product for a lot less . This mop is great. I don't use the fluffy nozzle that comes with the kit very often, although I think it works on hardwood floors. I do house cleaning part time and this tool has become a must have. I like to use a damp cleaning cloth to wipe the floor and this product grabs really well. Small sponge mops are not suitable for deep cleaning and wear out too quickly. With a cloth attached

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Don't be afraid to clean the floors

I live in the tropics; Windows are open 24 hours a day. My glossy white ceramic tile floors definitely need frequent mopping. In the past, this meant vacuuming dust and dirt first, usually once a week, and then wiping down with old-fashioned cotton mops. As you know, it was back-breaking, time-consuming, dirty work. I only run this Starfiber mop over the floor a few times every two to three days. I sometimes spray some detergent on the mop on the first pass, but not always. When the mop gets…

Three children, a puppy and a white marble floor.

I have three kids, a puppy, a hallway and a large white marble kitchen floor and all I can say is I love this mop/broom. Puppy: As you can imagine, Puppy has had her fair share of accidents. When she does, I blot up the excess liquid with paper towels, but then I take an eco-friendly pet stain remover, spray it on the accident site, and pull out my StarMop mop. I hit the base of the mop with the pad of the mop. The Velcro strips hold the carpet well and firmly. I never had a pad when installing

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Great Price

Not built to last. Bad customer service. DO NOT BUY!

I bought the Starmop Microfibre Wet/Dry Set after losing my mop when moving house. I've used my StarMop a few times and loved it so much I ordered a set of cleaning cloths. Meanwhile, the old mop reappeared, along with the decision to redo the floors. I put the StarMop mop away to use after the floors were redone and continued cleaning with my old mop. While I love my StarMop mop, I am very disappointed that even after half a dozen uses, the mop head bent into a small "V" shape mid-clean when…
