I can only speak from experience but sent it back the next day due to poor quality and poor function. The rollers only go down about 2/3, so the water doesn't even come close to squeezing out. The mechanics of the part that interacts with the reel is made of thin plastic, not metal. They bend and flex (and yes, I pre-soaked the mop head until it's soft). Good. The mechanics are junk, the screws are junk, and the mop heads are pressed into metal so hard they break. Note that I let mine soak for 30 minutes or more. The only brand I know that is still good in this category is "Super". Rubbermaid used to be okay, but that's not the case now.
