I like the ability to create my own domain without having to pay extra for it. Also, the ease of getting a site up and running is great. The customer service can be improved upon, but overall it is very easy to use. There's nothing really that I dislike or have problems with, however, you do need to understand HTML coding which can be difficult at first.
