🍽️ Staub Dark Blue Ceramic Rectangular Gratin Dish, 10.5" x 7.5 Review

Excellent baking mold. The blue is beautiful and it makes a great pastry to serve. Great price too, as this dish regularly sells for almost double the price at Williams Sonoma.

I love this Staub casserole dish. The color is a very nice dark blue. I wanted a good pot that would fit the Breville toaster and this fit the bill perfectly. And the handles make it easy to get in and out without slipping.

A wonderful dish, I've been using it for 18 months. I just took it out of the oven, put it on the table and it cracked in half! I'm disappointed because Staub is such a fantastic brand. Would I buy again but I hope for the best!

The plate cracked after the second use. Put it in the oven with roast and came back 30 minutes later to find it was cracked and leaking. It was too late to return it so I had to throw it away. Disgusting quality control on this product.

Staub claims on their website (StaubUSA.com) that their pottery is made in France, but when you receive the pottery it says 'Made in China' right on the packaging! I called the company and they said they have no control over misleading information on their Staub USA website as the website operates in France! I like almost everything about this dish; Shape, grip and size. Just the right size for many things, not too big, not too small. Roast or whole chicken, pancake brownies, macaroni and cheese, you name it. Good for a small family and lots of stuff for a big family. Blue sapphire is very attractive. I also bought white.
