The coat is fine if you need something cheap and basic for winter - but this is not a sturdy coat that you would need for a Chicago winter.I bought this November 2021 and the zipper is broken. The coat itself is very thin and lacks stuffing.The annoying part is that they sign you up to receive their magazines after you buy it.It is lightweight and runs large.

I have only used it a couple times but it definitely keeps you warm, have to take off in stores. I haven't had a coat in 5 years, just wore a wind breaker so the bulkiness is taking some getting used to. The arms are a little snug but nothing I can't get used to and I usually don't wear anything with sleeves more than 3/4 and these go all the way down to my hands, so not sure why others said they were short since I am 5'8. I was very excited to receive it, earlier than expected! The body fit well, but I felt a little squished in the chest area. I ordered a 2X and normally wear a 18/20 US. The squishing there wasn’t too bad. The problem was the sleeves and the arm holes. The sleeves were short, which may not have been too bad if there were cuffs. The arm holes were very tight. I love this coat and the shiny metallic type finish.It is over sized but I layer in the cold so I wanted that.I washed and fluffed it on low heat the coat came out perfectly!But to my dismay the fur melted on the hood after 15 minutesand got stuck to itself. Nothing that I can do. I feel warm, but not overheated whenever I go on a long winter walk, or drive to school in the bitter cold mornings. I have plenty of room to wear layers underneath and it's flattering to my silhouette.

So warm and lightweight. I love this coat. it has an inner pocket I can keep my phone in, and all three pockets are deep. That's my feedback.

It is so comfy and warm yet light weight all at once! I was surprised it fit a bit larger than I need, but it works! Highly recommend!

This is a nice coat for autumn but not for winter. At 10 degrees I nearly froze. I had get 2 sizes larger than normal to be able to wear a sweater under it and was still cold. Don't recommend this coat if you want to stay warm in winter. Also is not water resistant so can't be outside when it's snowing.

I love this coat! I got it just in time for the 8 degree weather and snow! It is so warm! It is a little big, but when it is really cold I like to use layers, so it works for me! They are true to size.

The jacket is very warm. I love the length because it keeps most of my.lefs warm. The jacket does fit large. I usually wear a 3x but the 3x in this coat is large. I also wish the fur on the coat could be removed or optional.

I wanted a longer jacket. It fits great. So soft and light but very warm. I do wish there were pull strings on the hood though.

Really liked this coat but after wearing it twice for an hour maximum, the zipper stuck and could not be dislodged. Was a bummer.
