Not as large a cleaning area as older models. Not so good vapor. like an old model that I am now taking to a workshop to ask for help.

Firstly if you have never used a steam mop it is not meant for heavy duty work. I have young children so we tend to mess up more than usual and the food can get tough pretty quickly.
