The order arrived in 5 days and in excellent condition. I ordered two shelves. The racks were sent in bags, no boxes, but there was no damage. Frame and tray can be dismantled. friction fit. The drip tray will hold water and not naturally run down the sink, so you will need to tilt the counter/drip tray to drain the water. All white looks great. The dish rack is lower than my old appliance. Good buy. They seem hard to find in stores.

I ordered this after my dishwasher was dusty and 6 weeks had passed before the new dishwasher was delivered. I haven't washed any dishes by hand in almost 25 years, except for a glass or two. This shelf suits me as I am alone and can accommodate a whole day of plates, cups and cutlery. My only complaint is that the cutlery rack needs to be higher as dishes fall in and don't dry properly. That is the reason for four instead of five stars.

The cutlery slots are short, too short for regular spoons, forks and the like, so forget they can adequately hold a spatula or butcher knife. If you hang the cups outside, water will drip onto the countertop because the lower bowl is not big enough. I think this is an area where the new design of old products fails.

I have a similar one that I bought a few years ago and it's time for me to replace it. The one I have works great and the size is perfect too. So I saw this article and it seems very similar to what I have now. A little smaller, but ok. But the function of draining dripping water does NOT work. Here's the problem. I like the size of the dish rack, it was the only one made entirely of plastic and not wire. A few cons though.1. The dish rack was lowered to the inside of the basket, causing the dishes to rock too much instead of standing upright. 2. The attached draining mat is not slanted to the drain lip, so water will accumulate in the middle of the mat and need to be cleaned to remove the accumulated water dirtying the mat.3. I was very happy about this product because I live in a small apartment and it doesn't have a dishwasher. I dried dishes on paper towels before receiving this item.
