The necklace was not secured in the box so the presentation was very disappointing. The chain was knotted and I couldn't untie the knot. It was supposed to be a gift, but the knot on the chain meant I could give it away.

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. It arrived quickly and very nicely. I also like the way they are packaged. It came gift boxed with a beautiful saying on a card to which the necklace is attached. The set also included a small postcard and an envelope. I am very happy with it and can't wait to give it to her!

I bought it for my daughter, she is very pretty, the letters are small lol and she has a different Y on each side, very unique but what I like , is that she showers with it every day and it didn't turn green or dull, didn't leave a rash or ring on her neck, would buy from this seller again

I ordered two of these with two different letters on them, M and Z. Although the M looks the same as the necklace pictures, the Z is the Z, not the Z shown in the picture. Because it is is small it's hard to tell what it is without getting very close or using a magnifying glass. I am very happy with the M chain but not at all happy with the italic Z. If the Z was like the picture it would get 5 stars from me.

well, it's probably my fault for not taking the description literally. I bought this for an adult friend and when it arrived it looked more like something a young girl or teenager would wear. Both the pendant and chain were very delicate and delicate, and the cubic zirconia were almost microscopic.
