Description of ๐Ÿš€ TheStick Travel Stick: 17"L, Red Handles, Therapeutic Body Massage for Flexibility & Muscle Recovery, Myofascial Release Aid

Flexibility of the core bends and allows you to treat a much larger area much more comfortably. Center rod of the stick is surrounded by 8 rotating spindles or rollers, which roll independently over the muscle. 17โ€ long roller is designed to rock back and forth a little bit to find and release painful trigger points. Helps to improve strength, flexibility and endurance by rapidly preparing muscles for physical activity. Post activity use enhances and accelerates muscle recovery by dispersing the effects of lactic acid. Standard flexibility, the Travel Stick is the second shortest Stick. It is great for portability; primarily used on legs. Length: 17 inches. Type: Standard. Grips: Red Color.

So much pain relief!

Purchased after my physical therapist used it during a session. Works better than a foam roller or lacrosse ball for large, thick leg muscles. The extra cost compared to the cheaper models is worth it because of the flexible central core that allows you to really get into the muscles. A difference I wasn't aware of until my physiotherapist pointed it out. That little 1 inch flex/flex really allows you to follow the curve of your muscles to get all those tight, hidden knots. Don't be fooled byโ€ฆ

This saved me from a medical bill!

I swim 5 days a week and it's starting to take a toll on my neck. My neck was in such bad shape that the tension rose to my head and I got migraines. I took ibuprofen, tried to untangle knots with my fingers and a foam roller, and skipped swimming, but nothing seemed to help. I hate going to the doctor, but I was starting to think something was seriously wrong. I was about to make an appointment when I was browsing a sporting goods store and came across The Stick. The label said to try itโ€ฆ

Works perfectly! No larger size required

For those who don't like to stretch (but definitely should), the stick offers a quick and effective way to condition your muscles after a workout or run. I chose the travel size for the price and ease of use for on the go. Surprisingly its length is enough to cover everything I need including my back. I'm pretty skinny so for a lot of people it won't cover the full width of their back. The stick can be used for most muscle groups and is really good for loosening tight muscles. As withโ€ฆ
