Exactly what I wanted. Now I can easily cut spring onions into long, beautiful strips. Cleaning is easy, just use a toothbrush or bottle washcloth.

Bought to make Korean green onion salad much easier than using a regular knife. Ah, that saves time. Not the easiest of maintenance but works and at a good price.

I think if you're a pro and only use this for scallions your opinion may change a lot. I've tried using it for other small items like garlic and the like as well. Something always gets stuck. It really should only be spring onions

I tried this a while ago and no matter how I use it or what surface I use it on it never cuts through an onion completely, and then it all falls between the blades. It rendered a lot of onions useless to top my recipes because it crushed and crippled my poor little onion. I would only recommend this article if you like disappointment.

This caught my attention while talking about the image of sliced celery. Well, those stubborn strands of celery didn't work very well with this tool. It would be great if I could take the strings off the sticks and then use the instrument. Other veggies might work better, not sure yet.

I was very happy about this article. I love kitchen gadgets. He would not cut the spring onion as shown in the picture. All he made was mashed onions. The blades are not sharp enough for the job. I was very disappointed. Great concept. Terrible performance. Don't waste money.

This multi-blade knife was a good idea. The real product is not so good. The blades don't seem sharp enough to really cut through veggies, not even scallions (scallions). It only hurts that one of the blades isn't in the same direction as the others. The blades are also not strong enough and will bend when you cut something. Otherwise it's a good article, the handle is comfortable and allows you to press well on the cutting edges.
