Based on my experience, this product is a great addition to my home storage and organization. It's perfect for sorting legal documents and makes it easier to locate what's needed. I like the legal length and the box fits all my files neatly. Now I have important documents organized and in one place. It's easy to find tax forms for previous years.

The lid fell off the hinge when first opened. I figured it could be put back in place (and it kinda can, but it doesn't stay there), so I left it and started using it. Ultimately, in use, the lid pops off the hinge instantly when opened, and you have to snap it into place every time. Terrible and not recommended. I would love to send it back but I threw away the packaging it came in. Very disappointed.
