Using this product, our team found that the extensions were not as advertised- not bleached and did not match the image on the website. The quality was cheap and they were difficult to style.

This closure is just awful. It doesn't match the length. The shortest length is 6-7 inches of hair. Too many short hairs all over the zipper. Also very thin at the ends, not full from root to tip as advertised. If it's 14", I wouldn't want to see a 10" fastener. More than disappointed. Arrived 1 day early but is unusable.
