🪒 Vintage Style Gold Straight Edge Classic Folding Barber Shaving Razor with Wood Handle and Display Case Review

The item arrived today, the lock on the wooden box it came in was broken and the hinges on the back of the box were also broken. However, the line was in excellent condition. Good quality and used for the first time and it worked perfectly. Be sure to buy with a ruler, the quality of the wooden box on delivery is questionable.

It's nicely made but uses razor tips which doesn't make it dated nor does it have sharp edges as the description says because it doesn't have an edge.

(Gold) Generally a good product. In fact, "gold" is brass. I know this for sure because it smells just like my trumpet when I play it. The gold is tarnished as if oxidized or rusted. It works if you shave, but it's bad for quality. Do not throw away the cover. Honestly, it looked like a cheap fake made in China. I'm Asian, by the way, so I know.

When wet, wood can discolour. It's a razor, so obviously it gets wet, and then putting it in your first-aid kit will stain the shelves if they're stained wood (as opposed to glass or enamel). I believe it will stain the cloth set and everything else. If it didn't get dirty I would give five stars.

I don't usually write reviews but I feel like I should. This is definitely a quality product. My only complaint is that the razor cartridge doesn't stay blocked. I can move it around a bit while it's "locked". This is definitely a security risk.

I bought this for my boyfriend it's good and I have extra blades for shaving it's a good razor he likes it even I remove random hairs from my eyebrows
