I needed something small for travel. It was perfect, I mostly just use it for my kicks. I can't get my hair dryer to work with bangs. It was the perfect fix for the iron. We ride our motorbikes a lot, so I needed something small and compact. Perfect fit and also great when I fly as you won't find them in hotels. I'm glad I bought this. Worked great.

I ordered this specifically for travel and from that perspective the size is great. It definitely fits in carry-on luggage and bags packed with toiletries. As for the heater, there is only one on/off button and it heats up quickly. Unfortunately the plates are small so not ideal for people with lots of long hair. Could this work for someone with short, thin hair? This item could possibly fit more customers very well if they consider making the panels larger and not changing the overall length…

To be honest this product is as advertised. I wish I knew it barely works. It's so small that the plates lose heat as soon as I straighten my hair an inch, and unless I work very slowly there's no straightening at all. I can't do waves or curls, I wouldn't buy it because it's useless. It's downright tiny and easy to take with you on trips, but why bother if it doesn't work? Disappointing but at least not expensive.
