I didn't warm up much and I didn't feel the cool airflow from the deflectors. They worked, I could hear the fans running and turn on the fans or vents, whatever they were doing. My hair didn't slip on the flat iron. It pulled out its hair. It's just not the right tool for me. I haven't had good results except oops, that hurts! To return.

This is my favorite hair tool and I have everything. I have shoulder length curly hair and I use this curling tool. Curls look and feel amazing! It took a few tries before the curls looked amazing. Once I figured it out (YouTube) it was very easy.
